3. Configuring a Clear plan module
To make plugin work it`s necessary to configure it.
In the field Query for display: — select created global query for the operational plan. This field is not required to select, if you leave it blank, the default query will be used.
In the fields to specify custom fields — select created custom fields.
In the field Statuses under which the issue is considered made by executor — select issue statuses for which the issue will leave the executor — on check and closure.
In the field On issue save add user from the following fields to the `Who can see` list: — select issue fields users of which will be able to view issue at any time in any status.
In the field Statuses under which issue can be moved between the plans\executors — select statuses in which an issue will be available for fast movement between executors/plans.
In the field Role defining the project manager — select a role in the project, which participants will be able to make a plan and edit it.
In the field Roles to display executors in the project plan — select roles in the project, on which participants you can create a work plan.
